trunfio
Sorry. ISO = "film" speed of course.
morganfam7
We're in Texas, lol, not anywhere near Boston! Ah, I see. I split it up. OK, that makes sense. Thanks for explaining. I guess the S is for Nikkor like the USM is for Canon. I really appreciate the technical details. It helps me learn, I think. I guess I should post mine, but I'm sure no one will be learning from me for a long while!
trunfio
Well it's a stretch to say anyone could learn anything about photography from me. But thanks!
wilsontsoi
Thanks, Paul. All were shot with 70-200mm f2.8 except for Locker shot was with 300mm f2.8 and Pondexter was with 28mm f2.8. They were shot wide open, 1/500 sec., ISO 800 for football (night game) and ISO 640 for basketball (better lighting,) manual exposure and white balance. Good point also about tech detail, but when you can shoot at f3.5 with a f4 lens, I just thought that <a href="http://www.photo.net/bboard/q-and-a-fetch-msg?msg_id=00NO5K">it</a> was too good to be true. ^_^ BTW, I like your moody football shot as the B&W works well here. wilsontsoi
Michael, believe me I know how what a cliffhanger that was... Okay folks, keep it coming. ^_^<div></div>
cbabbitt
Ok.. One more Colt Brennan shot. I get nervous just looking at that scoreboard. If our game with the Dawgs is that close I think I'll have a breakdown.<div></div>

neal_thatcher
Hey Chuck...I was in your neck of the woods this past week. Unfortunately, I didn't bring my waterhousing, was undergunned on my lens, and was a day early on the swell! Oh well, I did catch these few fun ones and saw the Bows beat Boise St. Even though I'm back in Dawg land...Go Warriors!<div></div>
neal_thatcher
One more...after this I had to put down the camera and surf myself before the tide changed!<div></div>
