ray .
I don't always think it's necessary to stick to rules, but this thread is a one of a kind and it's pretty specific. 'Photo' (singular, not plural) of the week. "Of the week" is fairly vague, so who cares if it's a photo you're just getting around to. But I do think it would be nice to stick to a single photo here, since that's kind of like, ya know- the title and everything.. I like Orville's work, but there are other places we can see people's multiples. Otherwise the basic idea behind this weekly thread is kind of wiped out.. Like if you had a blog and a category 'Photo a Day.' Why would you title it that and then start posting more than a photo a day there??
Nowhereman
Seems to me that "photo of the week" refers to, or should refer to, either to the best photo that one shot during the week, or that one processed during the week. I think that the latter category of picture is also important because sometimes one suddenly discovers that a photo shot months, or even years, ago is good and decides to process it. Thanks for the kind words, Mark. --Mitch/Paris

michael s.
Well, I agree with Ray that on this particular weekly thread, "one to a customer" is probably a good general guideline. (But if you're torn between two, I'd say lay 'em out there.) And I also agree with Mitch, to the extent he's saying that if you're processing or reviewing a batch of your photos, and one sticks out for you -- for whatever reason -- then you're free to call that one your "photo of the week" and post it here. Guess I'm just an agreeable sort of guy. :)

orvillerobertson
Didn't mean to cause this much conversation. I think I'll try and keep to the letter of this as much since I have other areas to post. I was mostly curious about this particular forum. What I'll do is post one freshly reviewed work here when I can. Thanks for all the opinions, guys, You're all so helpful.
