steve_hink Posted November 3, 2007 Share Posted November 3, 2007 My i9100 is not printing photo cyan. I tried cleaning print head, and damaged it. Had done it before, just a bit careless this time. Anyway, printer didn't recognize head. Ordered new print head , same problem, no photo cyan. replaced the cartridge and still no luck.
