canvas backdrop

im looking for canvas backdrop in one of the standard sizes available _ 12ft by 24ft (or polycanvas etc).

 

got a quote from a well-known manufacturer in the US at $600 per roll (meaning its about $25 per square

meter)

 

does this sound right?

 

does anyone know of other sources i can buy from that are less expensive for canvas, polycanvas,

supercloth etc?

That's the price for seamless. You can buy painters canvas drop cloths in those sizes for much less, but they are seamed together from smaller pieces... t

Check <a href=http://www.chicagocanvas.com/>ChicagoCanvas.com</a>. They sell canvas for much less than that, and in widths up to 12'.
