eddy_d
hello. I just purchased two rolls of what I was told was going to be color infrared film. When I received it it was black and white. Where would I go to get it developed that has a dip and dunk system in New jersey/NY area? I have had normal black and white processed before by a place that does not have a dip and dunk system and have gotten dust spots on my prints I know freestyle photo told me they have a lab that is good but do not want to risk mailing a film that is that sensitive. I have the film in the box and exp. date is 2008. I have not refrigerated it yet. Thank you.
wolf_rainer_schmalfuss
Contact the dr5 lab. Cheers
willscarlett
Eddy, if you can develop it yourself, b&w infrared film can be done in D-76. What kind of IR film is it... Kodak? I live in New Jersey and the photo lab in my hometown is able to send out Kodak HIE (b&w IR) for processing within NJ. Comes back looking great. chris_kedrowski
I know a place in Wisconsin, said for strict processing it is around $5 a roll (for HIE), will print on color paper, total price for 36 4X6's is around $16/roll.
james_gallagher2
Try Sandrian Camera in Clinton, NJ. They do all their b+w in house.
john_castronovo
We're a custom lab (ONE OF THE FEW LEFT!) in Fairfield, NJ and we process infrared b&w and color film on site. We do it for a lot of camera stores in the area too. John Tech Photo & Imaging www.technicalphoto.com
