ellis_vener_photography
http://www.imageprointernational.com/newsletters/web-epson-stylus-pro-11880-english.asp I don't anything more about it than this press release (which does not come from Epson) covers. gan_esh
Hi Ellis, It's Epson's newest. I don't think it's out yet, so good luck looking for reviews online. Try http://www.luminous-landscape.com/reviews/printers/epson-facelift.shtml Cheers! BTW.... How's your Canon iPF5000 doing?
gan_esh
Ellis, Here is an excerpt from your link: "The Epson 11880, as well as its smaller width siblings which will be released shortly after, the Epson 9880 (44"), Epson 7880 (24"), Epson 4880 (17"), will allow for a technician fitted internal spectrophotometer installation which should cost around $1,500 USD." That's the first time I'm hearing of this. If it's true, it must be a response to HP's new 'Z' series printers. I've been wainting for a 17' printer with built in paper profiling, but adding US$1500 is kinda steep, I think.

mag_miksch
Just for interest, what kind of stuff you feed into a printer of this size?
Regards
Martin
zach_abubeker
a 64" wide roll perhaps?
ken allen
I put in an order for one with my dealer on Monday, but I don't expect it until the end of the October. MY bet is they don't have the 64" paper immediately, or at least in very few paper choices... like maybe Epson Luster and that's it. I plan on using the 60" Canon papers, which I prefer over Epson's paper. -Ken
