beauh44
Looks like "Lens Flare Fairies" to me! ;-) Is it possible you were using flash and/or got a drop of water on the lens?
randall ellis
Do they appear on all the frames (or at least a number of frames)? If they do, they may be light leaks, which would not appear in the view finder. Check the light seals in your camera to see if they are getting gummy. If they are, it is a very simple matter to replace them yourself - the cost is about $10. - Randy
alex_lofquist
If they were, they would probably be tiptoeing through the tulips.
les
Oh, c'mon people, you make me angry :) You always have to come up with a complex explanation. "entia non sunt multiplicanda praeter necessitatem" - otherwise known as Occam's Razor. Have you never seen fairies in the garden ? Really ?! don_e
I believe the accepted way of photographing fairies in the garden is with paper cutouts attached to the shrubbery and a nice sense of pictorialist composition. With angels it is different. They must be backlit.
