adam_cuthbert1
Have a nikon d200...looking into portable battery powered lighting. Looked into everything, and used about everything, but not a lot. Need lighting for on location shots news-style, single person portraits, and simple backdrop shots and the occasional wedding.. Looked into getting a quantum 5d, a lymedyne kit, or even a few nikon heads with stands? Help!
frank_skomial
Get SU-800, and 3 SB-800 flashes, and perhaps you will have left money to get a bottle of a champagne. Forget the champagne, since you will need some accessories, e.g. a light stand or two, or a monopod for you assistant to hold your remote flash, a larger battery charger that takes 8 batteries. paul_sokal___dallas__tx
The SU800 seems to me a bad value. Just get another SB800. And since you can command with the D200, the SU800 is really redundant. With three SB800, you'd have plenty of left over $ to buy some stands and brollies.
