matt_robbins
Hey, Any 1 have any ideas for settings on the S2IS for H.S. football games. I've been using the P setting on the camera for day/indoor shots.(they have really came out the clearest. I want to us continuous mode(or do I?) Thats what I have been using w/P mode. If any 1 has any ideas for settings I can try that'd B gr8. Thanks Matt
craig_gillette
Not real familiar with that camera. I'd expect that day shots have been OK with a program mode because you have enough light that it will give you high shutter speeds. Otherwise, an aperture priority mode with the camera wide open will always provide the highest available shutter speed. Continuous mode? Depends. If it's a mode that bursts, then stops to fill the buffer/memory then you may find it fills the buffer slowly and you can't get shots, so maybe you need to just do single shots or shoot as fast as it will for a couple of shots but avoid long series of shots. Those also could fill the memory and bog it down. If that's a continuous focus mode and it's been working, stick with it.
