michael_wollitz
What does it mean when "lo" is displayed in the aperture reading on my nikon? Specifically, what is it telling me about what my camera is doing? I was shooting indoor basketball, and got better results when "lo" was displayed. Is that bad? anupam
It's in the manual.
wilsontsoi
I'm quite puzzled about why would "Lo" be displayed in your "aperture reading." Perhaps it's on your "exposure meter" rather? If so, that simply means you're under exposing the image based on in-camera meter (not necessary bad if you already know EV of scene you're shooting.) What camera are you refering to anyway? cecil_kent
page 78 of the D70s owner's manual: Subject too dark. Raise sensitivity. page 46: "Sensitivity" is the digital equivalent of film speed. The higher the sensitivity, the less light needed to make an exposure, allowing higher shutter speeds or smaller apertures. aka. ISO. Increase the ISO. Conversly H1 means lower the ISO. The subject is too bright.
