bernard_wiessner1
Will the Nikon 28-200 f/3.5-5.6 G ED-IF AF lens work with my N70 camera? I understand that it will work with the N80 and these cameras aeem to be very similar. Also does anyone have an opinion about this lens? anupam
Assuming that you mean the film N70 and not D70 the G lens will only work in P or S modes. The N70 isn't really that similar to the N80 - more in line with the N90, and there is no way to set aperture from the body and of course the G lens doesn't have an aperture ring. -A
Jerry_
...or look at a Tamron 28-200mm XR AF lens. The one that takes 62mm filters has a f-stop ring and will work on just about any Nikon body. You can look at www.keh.com to see what is available.
