Cheap Russian camera results

I got the film Developed from the Cheap Russian Etyud camera. Here

isone of the first pictures. I will post more as I get time to resize

and scan them. It seems very soft to me but then what do you expect

for a sub Holga type camera. I liked the looks I got while walking

down the street with it.

nice. Try to get a snapshot of a Russian Orthodox church with your Etyud :D

 

BTW, I though it turned out very nicely, superior to most all Holga snapshots I see, where out-of-focus, blurred, over-exposed crud seems to be the main attraction (I kid). I suppose you could have thrown the thing on a tripod for the max in sharpness lol

Funny you said that. It does have a tripod socket and 2 shutter speeds. B and 60th of a second. F 11-16-22 included. high tech for 3 Rubbles. And I looked for a Russian orthodox church but there are not a whole lot of them in Tennessee. LOL<div></div>

Thanks Evgeny I was amazed by how what I thought was a real fuzzy shot sharpened up with minimal PSP help. That Church is one of my favorite test subjects with my cameras because it is a 1 block walk from my place.Even at F-22 I discovered that 6 feet is too close and Infinity is too far. But know the limits of your equipment and it will not limit you.
