monsoonphoto.net
I find that hard to believe. The filename suggests it was created on a Sony digital camera. But the big giveaway is the excessive purple fringing that confirmed this was a digital image.

john_amiet2
Precisely the reason I mostly don't supply tech details, unless someone asks for it. The image is the reason for posting, surely, not the details, except when the topic is of a technical nature. Cheers,
jerry_lehrer
Abi, What is the point in making your contribution so LARGE that it cannot be viewed without scrolling, in both directions? Can't you make it so that it can be viewed full screen or smaller? Jerry

Troll
Liar, liar, your pants are on fire. One of the biggest advantages of using a digital camera is the ease of erasing unsuccessful images.
________1
New rule: if you post enormous images and lie about their origins we get to mess with them.

sfbk
as mentioned earlier, I mislabelled the picture as taken with a Leica M7; did not mean to offend any one; just wanted to share an image and get some feedback to improve my photography. I do now realize that its the wrong forum to post a digital image. Sorry for the large image size. I am still learning about downsizing images for posting on web. Again, my apologies -:( Moderators may want to delete this thread.
terry_rory
How do you get purple fringing on your d70 shots? (I thought this was a Canon trait) I have not suffered with this on my D70.

jeremy_tok
Ridiculous. How could you mix things up so bizarrely? (Or did you really think we're so unsophisticated?) I hope you're not a medical doctor.
