yinkamd
Gary I have a suggestion. Almost any dawn will be great, but the best time to catch the best color is about 1 hour to 30 min before dawn, which can be pretty early. Set your camera on a tripod and get a nice long exposure (either use your timer or a remote release). Check out my portfolio for some examples. Email me if you have any other questions. Preferably take your photos over the ocean. The best light is actually before the sun goes up or about 20-30 mins after it goes down. Best wishes Yinka
