harry_bobbitte_fast_action Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 I have a midl understanding of this camera but am unable to get the setting needed for fast action photos. ie. bike and horse races as well as golf swings. phule Posted April 28, 2005 Share Posted April 28, 2005 Freezing action requires fast shutter speeds. Each action is different and could require different shutter speeds in order to freeze said action. Simply put: choose the fastest shutter speed you can given the light available. Sometimes this could be 1/125 sometimes this will be 1/2000. Note: any shutter speed can be used to take "fast action photos."
