The (Fractured) 23rd Psalm

<p>Ansel Adams is my Guru;<br>

I shall not bracket.<br>

He maketh me to select the darkest part<br>

of green pastures where I wish to hold detail and places it on Zone

III;<br>

He leadeth me to the brightest white and places it on Zone VIII;<br>

Beside the still waters;<br>

He restoreth my contrast;<br>

He leadeth me with a spot-meter<br>

To the Zone System of His Name's sake.<br></p>

<p>Yea, though I walk through the valley<br>

Of the shadow of digital,<br>

I will fear no sensor;<br>

For George Eastman art with me;<br>

Thy D76 and Thy fixer<br>

They comfort me.<br></p>

<p>Kodak preparest an emulsion before me<br>

In the presence of mine darkroom;<br>

Thou anointest my negs with Photo-Flo;<br>

My Nikkor runneth over.<br></p>

<p>Surely contrast and composition shall<br>

Follow me all the days of my life;<br>

And I will have good bokeh<br>

And the Yellow Box shall live forever.<br></p>
