peng_kit_wong
I have taken some photos with the wrong white balance setting. Could someone kindly guide me how do I correct the colours? Also if someone could show me what it will lok like after colour correction. I have heaps of pictures and in dilema. Thanks a million!

errol young
Here is the next one. I gave up on colour and went to sepia. Coward's way out. Cropped to get the face out of the centre, sharpened the face ane blurred the background. Errol

beauh44
Hi Peng, I'm with Errol - the red is so strong that, by the time you add enough cyan (and blue) to offset it, the image pretty much goes away. Here's what I do when the color is this screwed up: I make a B&W out of it! LOL... ;-)<div></div>
pmind
You may want to have a little fun with re-coloring your B&W image in PS using the Color mode of the Brush tool. The options are limitless.
BobSandford
This is probably not satisfactory but is an improvement. I set up a channel mixer layer and fed some of the red (26%) into the green channel and some of the red (22%) into the blue channel and got the attached. Another techniques you could experiment with to augment this is to select only the red channel in the channels pallette then Invert, the Edit and Fade Invert & set it to Multiply mode and fade to the desired level. This is a crude way to cut back on the red channel.<div></div>

emre
I have no idea what the original colors were, so I took some creative liberty.<div></div>
