matt_c3
The Tate Museum's website has an archive of past events. There are a handful of photographers who have been interviewed, including Martin Parr, Philip Lorca Dicorcia, Rineke Dijkstra, Sam Taylor-Wood, and a few other artists who work in video and photography (like Fiona Tan and Sharon Lockhart). http://www.tate.org.uk/onlineevents/archive/ These talks don't necessarily give a good introduction to an artist's work, however, if you already happen to be interested in a partiuclarly artist, then these talks can provide more insight into how he or she works.
