There are some slight cleaning marks on the front lens, but nothing that affects the image, as far as I can tell. The barrel has brassing. The lens was probably someone's main lens for a long time. All the mechanics of the lens are in fine shape. The coating was probably done by Leica as a send-back in the late 40's or early 50's . The lens is quite sharp when stopped down.In my opinion it is the all-time bokeh champ. I seldom use it as I have the 40mm Summicron. I'm asking $225. If you have any questions, let me know.
