andywebster Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 It takes about 11 secs to write a RAW file on my Sony F828. Will any of the newer cards do it quicker? timberwulf Posted June 22, 2006 Share Posted June 22, 2006 Bear in mind that cameras have to be optimized to fully utilize newer faster cards. Simply buying a faster CF or SD card to speed up an older camera may be a waste of money - especially if the camera was designed to write a certain speed and isn't capable of faster.
