ahaohio
Here in S.F Chromeworks @ Bryant St have a turnaround time for E6 in any format of an hour.
todd l. wilson
In St. Louis, Allied Photocolor and other places can generally do it in a day - if you drop it off in the morning, it will be ready by afternoon if you tell them. If not, it will be ready the next day. Pretty standard with E-6. There's a guy in downtown St. Louis - his company is called Commercial Black & White - who does only b&w and if you pay him enough, I'm sure he can get it done in a day. He does it the old fashioned way.
streetlevel
Chicago has a few labs, Gamma noteably, that will do it same day for a fee, or next day standard.
c.j.magson
For B&W I would consider developing your own negs as you can just use a changing bag and a lightproof tank.
