Has anyone had problems with this company?

I've purchased from them for about 20 years. I've had one problem -- I called ahead, verified that they had stock in an item, and went into the Melrose store. Turns out the item is in another store. They agree to ship it to Melrose for my pickup and call me when it gets in. That's the last I hear of it.

 

What specifically are you looking to purchase?

I've never had any problems and I commute from Nashua just to get to them. Their film

prices are great (for what I use).

I've shopped with them for years. I used to live 2 miles from the Melrose store and now work across the street from one of their satellite stores. Over the years I have learned that if I can walk in and grab what I want from the shelves, I'll go to Hunt's. If it involves asking for help from the sales staff or having them order something (even just shipping it from their central warehouse), order it elsewhere. You'll get it faster and with less residual need for a cleansing homicide.
