andrew_grant2
...or maybe he only bothers to look at the "Top Photos" and give credit where he really feels it's due? I must admit, my own averages are skewed high b/c I don't always feel like or have the time to sift through un-inspiring photography.
bobatkins
Accusations of wrong doing, even veiled accusations of wrong doing, aren't really appropriate for public discussion. If you suspect abuse of the system, report it to abuse@photo.net.
mattvardy
I have noticed this member's inflated ratings and repetitive comments aswell. Yet, I'm not positive he's doing anything "wrong" in terms of site policy etc. because the ratings/comments are directed towards everyone and everything; so I don't think it can be classified as "mate-rating". Being overly nice (to everyone), or having poor understanding of photography - lacking the understanding/realisation that some images are good and others are bad, is not easily punishable. mark lucas
Perhaps it's time to name this phenomenon - "Mate Fishing"
WJT
Mr Fong, wouldn't you be happier creating some memorable photographs? Regards.
WJT
Matt, being "overly nice" or having "a poor understanding" are not offenses at all, let alone being punishable! Rhetorically, how, or more importantly why, would you "punish" someone for not understanding something? Regards.
mattvardy
Walter, I forgive you for misunderstanding my sarcasm.
