winfried_buechsenschuetz1
First you should check whether the taking lens (Tessar) is still in correct focus. I don't know how to correct this on an Ikoflex, on some other TLRs it is done by placing shims (washers) between the rear shutter collar and the body. To recalibrate the viewing lens (Teronar), on most TLRs you will have to remove the fold-out viewfinder and the focussing screen. Usually the viewing lens is held by a screw ring which secures the thread of the lens mount. Loosen it, attach the focussing screen again and turn the lens until it is in focus. Then tighten the screw ring again.
