Zuiko 28mm f2.8 Lens Case?

The late Zuiko 28mm f2.8 lens does not come with a case but a soft black pouch. In 70's seems that most lenses come with a case. The olny Zuiko lens I must carry with its case is the Zuiko 16/3.5 fish-eye lens since its front cap is loosely put-on style and no screw at all.

It seems that the 28/2.8 was one of the last lenses introduced for which a hard case was designed (except for the 180/2, 250/2 and 350/2). The 28/2.8 came on the market in fall 1980; in some brochures from early 1981, and the german "Das Lexikon des OM Systems" ed. 1981 (manuscript deadline Dec. 1980) it is mentioned that in the future the hard cases are replaced by the soft pouches. Thus I expect that early 28/2.8 (designated "ZUIKO MC") might have come with the hard case.

Also in fall 1980, Olympus introduced the 80/4 Auto Macro, 135/4.5 macro, 35-70/4 and the 2x-A converter. Has anybody seen a hardcase for these lenses?
