igord
Hi, I send photos from last Saturday done in my studio. It is getting colder so I can't shoot on location anymore :-( Feel free to comment. Igor<div></div>

jay_de_fehr
Photo #3 could easily pass for the actress Kirsten Dunst. Who cares how cold it is when you have a studio? Count your blessings, Igor! Thanks for posting, and keep up the good work.
EricM
Nice work again Igor. Looking forward to seeing next weeks stuff!
fotografz
Beautiful model. A studio. Good lighting technique. You obviously have this down pat. Time to push the envelope Igor.

igord
I am happy that you like them! I played with the light a bit and the model was really good at posing.
hans_beckert
Good, except for the line in the wall behind her, which is annoying.
igord
This is the side not used entrance... I was going to remove it in PS but I left it, I think it corresponds somehow with the clothes.
tomwawer
Cool! The line annoying but only on first. Third best - pro. Regards, Tom
EricM
Yeah, the line works for me on the second too, it should stay, me thinks.

gregg_johnson
Can you give some technical details? Film used, speed, lighting setup...
igord
There is no special setup. One soft box, one plain flash (from the left side) and one translucent umbrella (from behind) plus 3 reflectors. It was 35mm Konica 50asa. I removed a small shadow from the cheek on the first picture in PS, second is a colour neg changed to bw using channel mixer in PS, third is a pure scan. I used the same lighting setup for the third picture but I turned the model right to get more flat lighting. Model walked around the studio and I tried to shoot not changing the position of the lights so I did some nice photos with back lights (I didn't post them but it seems to me that in this way I can learn a lot). Generally I try to obtain light that allows to avoid retouching but gives yet the mood.
gavin martin
Very nice work again. I like the strong colours of the first image. The door is a little distracting but it's not a huge problem as the well lit model holds your eye. Nice stuff, keep up the good work. Gavin P.S. I'll pop that print in the post for you this week
mike dixon
Two thumbs up on the b&w shot. I like the color scheme/lighting/general mood in the first shot, but the butt-first pose isn't working for me.
h._p.
Well, everyone is busy saying how nice these pictures are but I find the model off-putting with what seems to be a permanent sneer on her features and the poses curiously stilted. The composition in the first two seems a bit odd, too. I find myself thinking there should either be more or perhaps less in the frame.
