I've never push processed Plus-X but based on my success with Microphen on other pushed films I'd go with the chart's listed time of 19.5 minutes in Microphen stock solution, 1:0, at 20°C.

When using Microphen I'd suggest agitating for 5 seconds or 5 inversions every minute. I find this works better for push processing than agitating every 30 seconds. It seems to keep highlights in check while bringing up shadow detail.

If all you have are D-76/ID-11, Rodinal or other common developers, you're on your own. In my experience they don't work well as push developers, tho' other folks report sucesses. Xtol may work but I've had little success with it (bad batch of Xtol, no reflection on the developer as a whole).

If the roll is truly critical you might consider cutting it in half in the darkroom and processing each half separately. While you risk ruining a single frame you might salvage half the roll by waiting to evaluate the first trial run before committing the entire roll.

(Tip: If you decide to try this, store the unprocessed second half in one of the black plastic film containers. If the cap fits snugly I've found these to be perfectly light tight.)
