I can't answer your question specifically about film, but I do know there's are a bunch of photography shops just west of the Sultanahmet area of Istanbul. Just take the tram to the Cemberlitas stop and you'll see them on Yeniceriler Caddesi.

You might look in the topic: best E-6 lab in Istanbul, just above. I bet they have 120/220 film there...Here are directions to a fine E-6 lab from Sultanahmet:

It is 2.5 miles away from Sultanahmet. Do not develop slide film

around Sultanahmet, it is tourist rip-off and low quality.

Here is how to get Tesvikiye Area:

1-) Get a cab and give the address it is 20-30 minutes of a ride when in rush hour, this a very busy area. Try to go out of rush hour takes you there in 10 minutes, and approximate fare is about US $ 3-4.

2-) Go to Eminonu square and find street at the back side of Chamber of Commerce and there are some shuttle taxis there to Tesvikiye area or surroundings, fare is about .60 USD take it, and tell the driver drop you off nearest point of Tesvikiye, and when you get off ask anybody Husrevgerede Caddesi, cadde means street....

3-) There is also a public transport of course, I do not recommend

for these area.
