1.
I also recommend D7100. One of the reason that others forgot to mention is that you can use it with all older AF-D and manual focus lenses.

 2.
Kenny I'm not familiar with the 9 cameras you are asking about but one of the cameras that I have and like is Olympus E-PL5. It has many features that you are looking for. It has tilt screen, very decent low light/high ISO performance, in camera image stabilization, and 1080 video.
You can probably buy a used one in good condition with a kit lens for about $300 to $400. I bought mine used for $200 without lenses. You can shoot it in all auto with a kit lens or learn how to use it in a manual mode. You can add zoom lenses to this camera later. What's more and the reason why I picked this camera, when you learn how to shoot in manual mode, for about $30 you can buy a lens converter and use old inexpensive but vary good quality manual zoom lenses from Nikon for that extra zoom reach.

 3.
Daniel,
Can you tell us from which level did you take this picture? I mean was it taken from the ground level? across the street? or is it aerial view from a helicopter?
This will help me to visualize what this might be.
And by the way - Merry Christmas!

 5. Lannie, I may show my lack of knowledge by expressing my opinion, but of all the images in your portfolio this is my favorite. To me, while all the other images are some better some worse photographs, this one is a piece of art.

 8.
I like the picture and didn't want to spoil the mood and the composition of the original image with too much post processing. So this is my offer.

 10.
Dave, I don't know what you mean by "getting background cleaned up". But I think I got all image a little cleaner by desaturating green, blue and yellow colors in PS, and then adding some contrast and sharpening the image just a bit.
