1.
We recently went into the hill to photograph a couple. We were really excited by the whole thing and dont think we did a good enough job. It wasn't the nicest weather but would appreciate some feedback on the images.
Generally the wedding was great, feedback also appreciated on the full wedding album: http://www.one-wedding.com/jamie-jane-sheffield-wedding-photographer/
Photo:

 2.
All depends entirely on the agreement you have with your photographer, contract wise, if it says 2 weeks delivery then you should have them, if it says 10 years delivery then you are in the wrong. Obviously I am being extreme here.
Having said that, if the contract says 2 photographers the photographer is already in breach of the contract unless she has notified you prior that there would be just one.

 3.
This is a tough one. We unfortunately had a couple of complaints for the video side of thing this year and there is no right answer.

Our couples complained that their short video was only 5-7 minutes long, we must have told them 10 times the length of the video...

The problem is that no matter whether you are right or wrong you will never get a referral from them. Whether you can win them around by doing something else is a huge question.

 4.
One option that we quite like for speed and efficiency is vimeo. You can set it up to autoplay and also export to mp4 straight out of lightroom. There is a slideshow function built in which is awesome.

 5.
In terms of payments, we do it slightly different.
We ask for a 25% deposit to secure the date.
We then don't ask for final payment until after the wedding date, in our contract it says 14days after the wedding date although we never follow up on this. If they read the contract and pay good, if they don't no biggy. We then show them a slideshow online of a few of their photos, ask for the final payment before delivering the images on dvd. Once paid we send over.
We actually use the no payment until after the wedding as a sales technique as well.
We also have one final clause in the contract that states if they wish to cancel a minimum 12 week notice period before the wedding must be given. If it is not then the full agreed amount is due.

Hope this helps
