<p>I have no habit to make hassy exercises with my neck, so nothing to say according first question. You can keep in mind that Hasselblad, Kiev60 or Saliut straps are compatible.<br />I would reccomend "Heliopan" Bay60/67 adapter - no problems with it.</p>

<p>Manfrotto telephoto lens support 293 works fine to me (500 + Mutar2x +250/5.6 C). Dark and shaky combination!</p>
