<p>I have the Sony A7ii and want to get a 24-70mm lens. I have considered the Sony E mount 24-70, but it has gotten a bit of bad press from the press and actual owners. I'm considering using the Tamron 24-70 (Sony version) with a LA-EA4 adapter. I understand it's a better lens all around. Yes, I know it will heavy carrying around. The question is, is it worth carrying around for the quality. <br> I know a lot us love the 24-70 sweet spot. I had one with my Canon and that's all lI used. I'm almost blind and can't see enough to get any real use out of anything longer. I do landscapes, a little street work and fairs etc.<br> Thoughts on my lens choice are appreciated.</p>
