I avoid the leather cases as they tend to rot away over time, and last year I found a bunch of old Series 6 filters that had been stored in leather pouches for possibly 50 years. There's a haze on them that can't be removed...perhaps off-gassing of the chemicals used in tanning leather?</p> <h1 id="title" > </h1>
