So that Tag of "Staff" means nothing?

Nothing against you but that is poor customer service. You, as an administrator should have answers and or should have the ability to contact the person(s) who do approve and activate accounts.

It seems that customer support is a bit hands off. I've posted my photo's but there has been no response as to activating my account, what gives with this site?
