This is all new to me. Somehow after removing my 50/1.4 (new style) from the adapter the dots had become askew. Now they're fine.<br> Thanks again,<br> Steve</p>
  4. <p>I know this is a five year old thread. But it brought back memories!<br> My Canonet G-III QL17 is fresh out of storage and I was looking to fire it up but the shutter is experiencing stuckness. I bought it new for $99 and $19 more for a flash unit at 47th St. Photo in NYC in 1977. It has seen a lot of the country and beyond. I liked its light weight, freedom from thinking about lenses and quiet operation. I've mostly moved on to a Canon A-1 but still think that Canonets have a lot going for them.</p>
