I have a 501cm and 503cw with 80mm CFi, 50mm CFi and 150mm CFi with an assortment of magazines.
Recently I shot 3 rolls of 120 B&W. I developed the film at home (as usual) and was horrified to see zero images! Frightened that I had a bad batch of chemicals, I sent the 3rd roll to a lab. Again no images. I removed the magazines, pointed the cameras towards light and fired off many shots at various shutter speeds and apertures. I could easily see the circle of light from the back of the cameras. I repeated this with both cameras and all 3 lenses. Everything seems to look o.k.
On Hasselblads, it is not possible to trip the shutter with the dark slide in place (I tried it). and unlike a twin lens or rangefinder, it is not possible to compose a shot with the lens cap on.
Please, does anyone have any idea what might have happened? Why there were no images?
Would love to hear some meaningful comments.
Thanks
Steve
