Hello, I wonder if any of you have ever used the following film processing service www.homeprocess.uk based in London. A colleague of mine has reported quite concerning issues of missing images, delays of receiving the original films and bad communication. It looks as though they are new but maybe you had personal experiences that can help my colleague in helping to understand if it's just isolated or quite common.
