1. I found a vintage 45mm Taron camera at a local thrift store for $35. It wasn't with the other well working film cameras, and its tag didn't indicate that it works, so I'm wondering, is it worth spending $35 not knowing what could potentially be wrong with it? What could be the most expensive repair? Even if it were in perfect shape, is it a camera I would want to have? I know it's possible it's unrepairable, but I'm hoping for the best! Thanks in advance. Side note- There was also a vintage Kowa H 35mm in working condition for $54. Could that be a better option altogether?
 2. (REPOST) I developed a roll of negatives for the first time today. I've had the roll and the chemicals for a few months, but hadn't gotten around to developing until now. I followed the instructions very closely, and I'm positive I did everything in order, but when I pulled the film out after pouring out the stabilizer, it was clear and blank with one black strip at the top. What did I do wrong? I'd like to try it again within the next few days, but don't want to waste another roll if there's something wrong with my (brand new) chemicals. Could an accidental drop of developer in the blix ruining everything (or vice versa)? - I used the Unicolor Powder C-41 Film Processing Kit and Fujifilm 400 speed 35mm film.
 3.
I am getting ready to sell my first prints of some photos I took at a public event in town, some (but very few) of which are portraits of strangers. Can I (legally) sell photos of someone I don't know / who doesn't know me? It may just be that the portraits are included in a collage of photos, but I'd like to sell them individually if I am able to.
The event was very packed and moving fast, so I couldn't stop these people to ask them this question specifically. Most of my photos were very spur-of-the-moment; I didn't even look at them until I got home later that day.
Thanks for the help!

 4.
I have been shooting on a Nikon D50 with a Nikon AF 28-80mm f/3.3-5.6g lens for quite some time, but haven't ever been very happy with the quality it provides. I'm wondering if it would be more cost-efficient to buy a new lens or a whole new body? I mostly shoot portraits, and would like something that works well in low light too. Any lens or new camera recommendations? Or is there a different way to shoot on what I have to get better quality? My budget is pretty low... $300 is pretty expensive for me, though I've found that tends to be the minimum. Thanks in advance!
