<p>Dear Friends,<br /> <br /> We are flying from SF to Denver (Sat Morning) ,and then drive from Denver to Sand Dunes NP, and Mesa Verde NP , and if possible go until Monument valley and then take the San Juan Skyway on the way back to Denver. We have our return flight from Denver on Monday night<br /> <br /> This is the tentative route : https://goo.gl/maps/vfmZZ<br /> <br /> Depending on time availability we might skip Monument valley, as we have seen it before. Other places and the route is completely new to us, so I am hoping to get some photography advice from someone familiar with that area: <br /> <br /> 1. We will have Two sunsets and two sunrise opportunities in total. What places along this route are good places for sunrise, sunset ? My tentative plan is to do Sunset on Sat Evening, and Sunrise Sunday morning in Sand Dunes, and I not sure where to do Sunday sunset and monday sunrise.. <br /> <br /> 2. If we are in Sand Dunes NP for Sat sunset, is it worth staying back for next morning sunrise as well ? <br /> <br /> 3. Are there other good places along the route we are travelling that is worth checking out (from a photography perspective) ? <br /> <br /> 4. I am planning atleast one night photography session. Which place would you recommend for it ? Is the night sky in Sand Dunes NP dark enough for good night photography ? <br /> <br /> Thanks for any guidance.</p>
