I like this quite a lot, with the sea roiling and upset, and the reach into the horizon. It bothers me that the buildings are not upright, but that's a personal choice. Thanks for posting.

The timing of this shot is perfect. The image seems to have a gray cast that needs to be removed, and the compression to jpeg is not doing you any favors.  It seems to be under-exposed, maybe with a bit of camera movement. I would love to make a shot like this.   Best regards.
