1. Nice initiative, Sanjay. Need someone to do this every couple of years. Mumbai Re Deepak & Govind mentioned above. Their shop is Mini Foto. I got a Nikon F5 and my Dad's 45year old TLR repaired by them in last 18 months. Also a 110mm Mamiya RZ lens which had a bad flash contact. Did a good job on all. Turnaround time was also reasonable.
 2. Yes, they did make it. There is one for sale on KEH.com right now. You should call them.
 3.
67 is just great due to the bigger size and lot of excellent gear is available today at a fraction of its original price. But you seem to be keen on projecting the slide..........

the biggest problem with 67 projection is equipment availability. Add to this the fact that whatever little surfaces in the used market is usually out of India. Bringing it to India at reasonable cost and without damage is a significant concern. I am sure you will find one (I did after a 3 year wait) but be prepared to wait to see your slides.

From the projection point of view, 6x6 is a better option. Hasselblad & Rollei projectors are more easily available in the used market.

 4.
I have tried out the RZ for all kind of photos (not professionally, Photography is just a hobby!). I have taken it outdoors too. Even on travel with family! But finally have come to the conclusion that the RZ system is for indoor work. Just not practical for outdoors - the weight of the camera + lens(es?) + mandatory tripod becomes too much to carry around. Except if location is within 50m of the car! And photography is the sole objective of the travel.
Shipping intercontinental is indeed something to worry about. 67 projectors are heavy. The Goetschmann model I have weighs 22kgs and with the trunk case it is 36kgs! You could insure it but this will only get your money back - it will not be repairable in India!!
Check the gecko-cam.com website. They have a section on Goetschmann projectors. All models are shown with pricelist. They also offer used equipment but individual items are not listed. Send them an email with what you want and they will reply. I bought slide trays from them and the whole transaction went smoothly.
B&H does not carry any mounts for 67 when I checked today. It seems Gepe online store is the only hope. I have heard that Wess mounts are good too.
Linhof projector - no idea
ProCabin - offers only a push pull option. Heating issue is responded by David. Lenses I have no experience
Goetschmann - check the Gecko Cam website. It shows all models. There are two with the slide tray option. All lenses are good. Choose one depending on projection distance and image size desired. Gecko Cam will surely give you good advice on these matters.

 5. I bought into the RZ system some 4 years back. Then started hunting for a projector. Several manufacturers made 67 projectors but most are impossible to find today even used. Of the ones you list the pro cabin is the only one that can do 67. But I never found even one on the used auction sites. I did find and buy the Goetschmann used in Munich. You can buy it new from Gecko- cam in Munich but the cost is too much in my opinion - over 5kEur for projector alone when I had last checked. Your best chance is to keep looking at auction sites in Germany. Germany was apparently biggest market for slide films and one will surely pop up around Munich area. For mounts I use Gepe AN but these were discontinued couple of years back. I had been in touch with Gepe and the guy said there was little hope of a new production run due to low qty. But I checked a few minutes ago and they are available on the Gepe online store!! Prices are much higher than what I paid at B&H NY in the past. Overall 67 projection is expensive and supplies of mounts are not easy to come by. But the projected image is a thing of beauty........
 6. I found one in Mumbai. Gave them the lens on Friday and they have repaired it already - in 2 days. Cost is also reasonable. Will pick it up later this week and check but based on what I read in other forums they must have done a good job. Giving details below for anyone else looking for service in Mumbai. They can do all sorts of film cameras & lenses. Mini Photo 177 Sultan Manzil 1st Floor Bora Bazar Street, Fort Mumbai‎ 400001 India +91 22-66315270
 7. I am still shooting only slide film. Provia 100F, Astia, FP100C, Velvia, FP5 are all in the freezer. Will continue with slides as long as I can. Am moving to Mumbai soon and am worried about processing...... There is nothing like seeing a well exposed 6x7 slide thru a Goetschmann projector!
