    The Grand Palace in Bangkok Thailand. On the left are the yakshas at the entrance to Temple of Emerald Buddha. On the right is the Wat Mandhop. A site with incredible Thai architecture.

    The Monkey soldiers
    The Grand Palace dates back to a couple of centuries and was commissioned by the kings of Thailand with Hindu ancestry. Hence the walls of Wat Phra Kaew has golden sculptures of monkey soldiers (banar sena) and scenes from Ramayana depicted throughout.
