2.
Few questions on this transceiver:

1. Does the transmitter awaken a remote flash / remote studio strobe?
2. Does an on-camera flash retain its ittl function (pass-through function)?
3. Will a camera mounted flash fire when the transmitter is turned in the off position?
4. Will a remote flash fire when the transmitter is turned in the off position?
5. Is it reliable?
6. Does an even cheaper transceiver exist?

 3.
The first dance is usually in the same setting: no ambient light, one hard spot light on the couple. Pretty standard.

So what settings are best for this situation ?

 4.
On camera bounce flash, on camera direct flash, off camera hand held flash, off camera tripod flash, no flash... ?
Dragging the shutter or fast shutter?

How do you shoot the first dance and what are your default settings?

 5.
I have a 20mm 2.8 and 80-200mm 2.8 af-d (fx body) and am looking for a lens to fill the gap. Which fits better: 35mm or 50mm?

The mean of the focal lengths (20mm+80mm)/2 gives me 50mm.

But looking at the angle of view (90°+30°)/2 gives me an average of 60°, which corresponds to a 35mm lens.

Or should I find a 40mm... :p
