1. How about the new Handevision Iberit 35mm/f2.4?
 2.
I just purchased a (graphite) A6000 for $398 and a (silver) Sigma 19/f2.8 DN A for $178. I will add my 55/f1.8 FE lens and use that as a 28-85 two lens combo when I don't want to carry my A7r.
I do have an old 18-55 (I think it is) that came with a Sony NEX 5N but I expect the two primes is all I'll use.
The recent deal on the A6000 was too good to pass up.

 3.
I use Fred Miranda's recommendations - set the zebras to 100+, then after adjusting the EC dial to "just" eliminate the zebras, you can then add back up to +2 EV and shoot without blowing highlights. It seems to work better with the live view left on.
Yes I've read that zebras at 70 is correct for "light" skin tones and 50 for "dark" tones in video.

 4.
If you use the Zebras along with the EC dial to set exposure ETTR w/o clipping highlights, then you need the effect left ON.

 8.
Well speaking of the 50mm macro...
http://www.sonyalpharumors.com/dxo-tests-new-sony-50mm-fe-macro-outstanding-sharpness/

Not too bad at all.

 9.
There is also a 50mm macro, but I have not used that. I did own the 50mm/f1.8 for 2 days before I sent it back. I now use the Zony 55mm/f1.8 ZA and am very satisfied with this lens. I purchased used, for $725, as Louis stated, prices are beginning to ease off a bit.
