Has anyone used Hasselblad NJ's check to spec service recently? Their website gives me an error when I try to submit the form, and the only posts on here I can find about it are a few years back, so I'm wondering if maybe they don't do it anymore? Thanks!

I've recently been given a Hasselblad203FE that looks (from the outside) like it has seen better days. My problem is that I cannot make it turn on. I know that it does turn on, because I took it to a camera shop where the man turned it on while having a look at it before telling me they don't do this model. Now, however, I cannot make it turn on, so I do not know if the problem is me not knowing what I am doing (I don't know anything about this camera beyond what the manual says!) or the camera. I tried swapping the battery. I took out the slide. I tried both the AE button and the exposure button ways the manual says it can be turned on (pushed button in center of crank on the side and wound it first), but nothing. Any ideas what I am missing? Maybe I have something else set wrong? Thanks a bunch for any advice!
