1.
Andrew you've been so helpful - thank you. Last question .. Does the P800 use the same ink cartridges as the 3800 ? i have some unused cartridges and would hate to end up not using them once i replace my printer

 2.
Thank you Andrew ... Is it worth looking into any of the Canon ones suggested above ? how do they compare to Epson ?

 3.
prices look the same from what i can see... very similar. Unless I'm missing something :)

 4.
I just looked up the Epson P800 ... Unless I'm looking at the wrong one - Reviews are quite low on it

 5.
Super helpful Marc - Thank you. The D750 is coming up quite a bit while asking people around me. The D4 and D4s as well .. but i fear too heavy for theatre and weddings ..

 6.
what size paper does the Canon iPF6xxx print...?
The majority of my prints are at A3+ with a few exceptions larger

 7.
Thank you Howard.
Now they're telling me that head MAY work ok but printing quality will be at 80/90% ... They're unable to complete the test as they need a new waste tank and asking me whether to go ahead or not. Do you reckon it's worth it? Or should i just replace...?

 8.
My Epson Pro 3800 which i've had for 5/6 years needs a new print-head .. Which will cost me about $1,400.
I'm thinking it would make more sense to pay more & to upgrade my printer. What's the current equivalent to what the 3800 was when it first came out?
Many thanks

 9.
I've taken it in to the local Epson rep where I currently am (dubai) - They said the print-head needs replacing and will cost the equivalent of $1,400 - I've had the printer for about 5/6 years now. I'm guessing it would make more sense to get a totally new printer rather than replace the head. Thoughts? What is the best printer on the market at the moment for high end photographic prints?

 10.
All very helpful - Thank you

 11.
I've been reading quite a bit about the A7Sii .. Seems to have good reviews even for weddings/events etc.
