the action is frozen- approching staff- girl waiting, the time passing is captured excellnt light. Lech -
This photo is in my opinion the success of "ennobling process" which resembles pictorial approach to make art of photography. I do not agree however with “suggestion and mystery” which conveys the title. Body language of men tells us: no hope we are killing time. -
So what? No impressions -
This is not ominous but messy presence. This soldier should sit behind the bars and wait until his sergeant will arrive. -
Photo on an old paper, processed in exhausted solutions and not rinsed properly is not impressive. So is a dog without a head. Eye cannot rest on anything which is sharp. Christian Andersen would say that the king is naked. -
The left hand pushes away something which resembles Turin cloth and the man presents Muslim prayer device in the front. The ring is attribute of the man who has capability to issue documents - his position is above average. This is my guess what could be hidden behind this peculiar composition. -
I wonder what is the difference between port folio poker and kimono or in particular the quantum portfolio which contains no images. There is no difference. Neolithic painting carries ideas – in the first place idea of hunting or killing. It is strange but abstract thinking is obvious there. Here we have no ideas. Author will stop and look at the crack in the sidewalk stone and maybe make a photo which will have the title nirvana. There is a direct link to the temporary emotional state of author. Traces of emotions the author leaves behind are clear. -
The cage is the only world animal knows, so the prisoner mood which photo carries is IMO a false interpretation. For me monkey looks mindless -
Un momentino I suppose in the first place. Something informal is in this noun, so this is not a drama but a phenomenon captured in the split second which otherwise would be missed. If so, it is a photo which nothing can substitute. -
The girl is aiming at someting te man looks at, but her eyes are focused on camera. The plot is not well constructed and impression arises that figures are pasted from different shots. The mans face is interesting and I cannot quess his mood. The girl wants to shoot at something poet thinks of but wants to compose herself well as an actress before the mirror. The couple is not well matched indeed. -
