    The PCCGB has a fine quarterly journal and an on-line Tailboard publication that are worth joining for never mind the comprehensive set of meetings that take place each year.

    The Exakta SLRs have a wind on lever on the left although obviously the viewfinder exit on the pentaprism is in the middle of the camera, as a left hander I find this convenient although I've got used to lever winds on the right hand side.

    I knew Erwin a little from his visits to The Leica Fellowship Weekends in the UK. We all know how knowledgeable he was and he was a really lovely man.
