1.
Hi Folks! I've been working mostly with film, but would like to begin saving for a digital camera to take along when I travel. I find many DSLR's are both too bulky, and too heavy, especially on short excursions when everything else I need can fit in my backpack.
I have no deadline. I would rather wait to buy something I like, than to rush.
Assume price is not an issue since I can wait to save up for something, but I also don't plan on buying "the nicest camera money can buy."
What do you personally prefer to shoot with when space is an issue and you're on the go?
thanks in advance!
-K

 2.
Hi!
My name is Kahla. I am currently located in North Florida. I am a grad student at FSU and currently taking a darkroom photo class.
I'l mainly be working with a Canon AE-1/ 50mm lens/ 400iso 25mm film.
I am looking forward to trying my hand at:
-shooting in very low light settings
-experimenting with long exposure shots
-relying on natural lighting
-trying out Push Processing
-shooting with new lenses (aside from the 50mm that I have come to love.)
It's nice to meet you!

 3.
Tough Call! Looking at Photography can be so much fun, but I think I feel most comfortable on the other side of the lens.

 4.
Hello! I am a novice working mostly in black and white film photography. I usually shoot with a canon Ae-1 and a 50mm lens. I would like to start shopping around for 1 or 2 new lenses.
I love shooting with a 50mm lens. What lens sizes should I look into buying next.
I find myself shooting lots of portraits, with the occasional landscape or nature shot.
