<p>In spite of the many threads that say this guy is totally irresponsible, I bought a Leica skin from him (an embossed leather one). In my case, the service was fine. It arrived in the mail less than a week after I ordered it. Although I have not installed it yet, it looks right. Maybe things have gotten better or he has some help. </p>

<p>Willy, I have had the exact same problem with the exact same camera. Did you find out conclusively what the problem was? I'd very much like to know.</p>
